Here's everything you need to know about how your order gets from us to you.

Processing Time

All orders are handmade to order or carefully packed by us, and take 1–3 working days to process before they're dispatched. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Method

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail Standard. Once dispatched, please allow the usual Royal Mail delivery timeframes on top of our processing time.

UK Orders

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Standard delivery, which typically takes 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Delays

While we do our best to get your order to you on time, once a parcel is with Royal Mail, delivery timeframes are estimates rather than guarantees. If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable window past the estimated delivery time, please get in touch with us via Instagram and we'll help track it down.

Incorrect Address

Please double check your delivery address at checkout — we're unable to issue refunds for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
